NYS DMV System Outage Update
While the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (NYS DMV) has completed their technology upgrade, some systems, including our access Daily Activity and Motor Vehicle Records are still limited.

We are in close contact with them to help resolve issues as quickly as possible. Once the connection is restored, customers may still experience intermittent delays or temporary issues, including duplicated data or older activity needing re-acknowledgement. We appreciate your patience during this statewide system upgrade and will provide additional updates as needed.
